Congruent (समरूप / सर्वांगसम)

Two figures are congruent if they are exactly same in shape and size. All angles and sides are equal.

जब दो आकृतियाँ आकृति और माप में पूरी तरह समान होती हैं, तो उन्हें समरूप आकृतियाँ कहते हैं।

Similar (सदृश / समान आकृतियाँ)

Two figures are called similar if their shapes are the same but sizes may differ. Angles are equal, and sides are in proportion.

जब दो आकृतियाँ आकार में समान होती हैं लेकिन माप में अलग हो सकती हैं, तो उन्हें सदृश आकृतियाँ कहते हैं।
